We are excited to be welcoming Sylvie Graziani to join us to speak on mental health in the workplace.  Sylvie will be hitting on topics such as:

• Why talk about mental health in the workplace?
• What is mental illness?
• Stigma
• How to support one another?
• Resources

Sylvie has 15 years of experience in the mental health field, counselling children, youth, individuals, families and seniors as well as speaking in workplace settings. She has worked in occupational settings, residential settings, clinical settings, and school including running a variety of groups and offering presentations in the community and workplaces She has also co-developed and co-facilitated psycho educational groups focusing on anxiety.
