Instructions for Committee Members

  1. Submissions for conference presentations are listed below. You can arrange the list by "Most Recent", in "Alphabetical" order, or by other committee members' votes ("Yes"/"Maybe"/"No") by using the buttons just below.  

  2. For any general comments (not related to a specific submission) or questions regarding the review process, you can post in the white text box below and Terry or other committee members will have the opportunity to respond. 

  3. To review the submissions listed below, click on the desired title and read through it.  At the bottom of the submission page, you'll have the opportunity to rate the submission as Yes, Maybe, or No.  You can also leave a text comment and view the timeline of other committee members' activities.  Repeat the process with the remaining submissions.

It is now time to begin developing the online Call for Presentations for the CSSE 2017 PDC. I have attached information on the landing page as well as the information we need to collect. The site needs to allow PDC members (who we can tag) access to review and “vote” (yes, no, maybe) on each submission; and I need access to edit and approve or decline submissions. In past, we had tabs on the website for this purpose one would see when they clicked to go to the submission form from the landing page: 1. CFP Instructions 2. Presenter information 3. Submission #1

It is now time to begin developing the online Call for Presentations for the CSSE 2017 PDC.

 

I have attached information on the landing page as well as the information we need to collect.

 

The site needs to allow PDC members (who we can tag) access to review and “vote” (yes, no, maybe) on each submission; and I need access to edit and approve or decline submissions.
