Topic: "Measuring Psychological Health and Safety" Presenter: John Oudyk, CIH, ROH, Occupational Hygienist, Occupational Health Clinics for Ontario Workers (Hamilton) At December's meeting, Andrew Harkness reviewed the draft CSA standard Z1003 "Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace" (available below). One of the questions raised at the meeting was, "Are there are tools available to workplace parties to measure psychological health and safety?". In response to this question, John Oudyk from OHCOW will review various available tools to measure psychosocial health in the workplace. He will also report on an initiative to develop a tool kit for workplaces interested in measuring and following up on psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
