About the Course This one-day course will provide participants with the basic knowledge, skills and perceptions necessary to knowledgeably explain and demonstrate the importance of safety, health and environmental laws and regulations in Canada. In particular, the participant will be able to discern the relationship between provincial and the federal occupational health and safety and environmental laws and regulations and describe their enforcement in the different jurisdictions. Who Should Attend this Course: This Course has been designed to be of particular interest to anyone who is responsible for the interpretation of SHEA law as it pertains to their company’s operations. It will also be of interest to a wide audience base—anyone who has a legal duty for workplace health and safety activities including directors to line supervisors to joint workplace safety and health committee members.
