Refund Policy

CSSE Course Terms and Conditions

Registration fees are fully refundable if written notice is received by the CSSE National Office a minimum of 14 days prior to the event. Those who cancel within 14 days will be charged 50 percent of the fee. CSSE reserves the right to cancel courses 10 business days prior to the scheduled date; in this case, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee. Registrants who are no shows, are not eligible for a refund and must pay the full course fee.

CSSE Conference Terms and Conditions

Conference registration fees are fully refundable if written notice is received by the CSSE office a minimum of two weeks before the conference. If notice is received less than two weeks before the conference, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Those failing to notify the office in writing of their cancellation, or those who are “no shows" at the conference, will receive no refund.  Registrations can be transferred at any time.

CSSE Membership Terms and Conditions

Memberships are not transferrable. The membership belongs to the person registering, not the organization they work for.  By entering your email address into your contact profile you will receive CSSE renewal notices, receipts, AGM meeting notices, proxies and any other business related communications at this email address. 

If you do not wish to receive general optional emails relating to CSSE programs and events (such as the conference, courses, NAOSH Week, etc.) please ensure that you select the “no broadcast email” option on your CSSE member profile.
